What You’ll Do Lead and deliver people‑centered projects
Design and implement strategic communication and engagement approaches
Develop messaging, narratives, content, submissions, bids and project materials that influence, inform, and inspire
Bring rigour to planning, risk management, and structured delivery
Work within complex, high-impact environments
Translate technical, engineering or policy‑heavy information into clear, accessible communication
Support clients through sensitive issues impacting communities, customers and stakeholders
Build trusted relationships across project ecosystems
Engage with stakeholders ranging from community members to senior project leaders
Facilitate conversations, manage issues, and drive alignment across diverse groups
Develop capability & contribute to a high‑performing culture
Coach and support consultants
Bring pace, clarity, energy and commercial thinking to your work
About You You’ll likely bring experience in:
Strategic or corporate communications, ideally within infrastructure, utilities, transport, or major projects
Community or stakeholder engagement across complex programs
Change, behaviour change or human‑centred design
Bids, tenders or project‑related submissions
You may currently be working in:
Infrastructure consultancies or advisory firms
Tier 1 contractors or asset owners
In‑house communications, engagement or change teams supporting infrastructure delivery
