Toowong Mazda is owned by Autosports Group (ASG) which is a large, listed retail automotive group representing the world's greatest prestige and luxury automotive brands with over 1800 employees across 55 dealerships in NSW/QLD/VIC and NZ.
Due to growth we are looking for a Warranty Administrator to join our team and be part of our busy service area
Responsibilities for the role include but are not limited to;
Determine if a vehicle is covered by statutory warranty, approved car warranty or goodwill
Ensure that the daily operations of the warranty department are kept compliant and within factory guidelines.
Diagnose the specific customer problems and describe clearly on the job sheet.
Prepare and maintain all warranty documents according to manufacturer's requirements.
Submitting warranty claims on-time and reconciliation of warranties.
Pointing out additional services the customer needs which can be taken care of at the same time (eg repairs)
Following up on outstanding claims
Maintaining all service and customer records as required by the warrantor.
Participate in on-the-job training and OEM training.
Represent the Autosports Group and our manufacturers with the highest level of professionalism, etiquette and personal presentation.
To be successful you will:
Have experience in a similar role and technical automotive knowledge.
Be articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Have high attention to detail and exceptional analytical skills
Have Strong Computer skills and be a quick learner.
