Exciting Disability Support Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual to join our team as a Disability Support Worker. This is an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of people with disabilities, providing assertive outreach support and helping them to achieve their goals.
You will be responsible for assisting participants with daily living tasks, including personal care, domestic assistance, and social support. You will also work closely with clients to develop connections with the community and help them improve their physical and mental health.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have extensive experience working with people with disabilities, as well as relevant qualifications and certifications. You must also possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

We require applicants to hold a WWVP card or be willing to obtain one, have a driving license (minimum P2), and current First Aid certificate, medication administration certificate, manual handling certificate, and qualifications related to epilepsy.
