Key Responsibilities:

Skills & Experience:
* Previous customer service experience, ecommerce or retail experience highly regarded.
* Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
* High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
* Comfortable using online platforms, CRM systems, and order management tools.
* Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to juggle priorities.
