Agricultural Sector Expansion Opportunities
As a key role in our organisation, this Commercial Manager position is crucial to driving commercial activities and achieving targets within the Northern region of NSW.
Reporting to the NSW State Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Driving sales turnover, market share, profitability, product mix, and professionalism within the territory;
* Bolstering relationships with growers, agronomists, and retailers through collaborative approach; and
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales or marketing within the agricultural sector;
* A background in agronomy/farming and knowledge of crop protection products;
* Strong relationship building and account management skills;
* Good organisational and time management skills;
* Solid communication and interpersonal skills in a commercial environment.
