What You'll Do
* Support the Venue Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of service in our bar, restaurant, and accommodation.
* Inspire and mentor your team, driving a positive and productive culture focused on excellence, customer service, and continuous improvement.
* Be the point of contact for guest inquiries, ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience, from check-in to checkout.
* Assist in managing stock, scheduling, and staff performance while maintaining efficient operations and adhering to budget targets.
* Assist in ensuring the venue adheres to health and safety guidelines, licensing laws, and all regulatory requirements.

Mandatory Qualifications
* RMLV (Responsible Management of Licensed Venues): Required to ensure compliance with licensing regulations.
* Approved Manager's License: Necessary for managing licensed areas and ensuring legal operation.
* RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol): Essential for serving alcohol responsibly and adhering to legal requirements.
* RSG (Responsible Service of Gambling): Required to oversee gambling activities in a responsible manner.
* CLO (Customer Liaison Officer) Certification: Important for handling customer inquiries and complaints effectively, especially in a licensed venue.
Note: If you do not currently hold all of the mandatory qualifications, you will be required to obtain them before commencing.
