We are looking for a compassionate and committed Registered Nurse to join our team on a casual basis, working two days per week (either Monday and Thursday or Tuesday and Friday) for clients based in and around Ballarat.

What Role Will Involve:
* Providing 1:1 evidence-based in-home nursing care, including wound and
* catheter care and insertion.
* Home Care Package and Short-Term Restorative Care clients.
* Working remotely throughout your community.
* Ensure efficient daily workload planning, including travel, documentation,
* reporting, and administrative tasks.
* Competitive Hourly Rate: Ranging from $41.06 - $51.64 (based on experience) + 25% Casual Loading + 11.5% superannuation

* Our ideal candidate will demonstrate a genuine desire to support our clients to live their lives to the fullest.
* MUST HAVE Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* A minimum of 2 years as a Registered Nurse, preferably with a focus on aged care.
* Experience with continence assessments, catheter insertion/care and wound care.
* Genuine passion for enhancing the lives of the elderly.
* Organisation, negotiation, and communication skills.
* A copy of your Clinical Hours of Service from your previous or current employers.
* A current unrestricted Australian driver's license and a love for being on the road.
* Proficient in MS Office and client management software.
* Full COVID-19 vaccination (including booster) and annual flu vaccination (desirable)
* Proof of hours/years worked as a Registered Nurse will be required to support hourly rates on offer.
