Key Responsibilities
* Manage store staff, ensuring high performance and productivity in a fast-paced retail setting.
* Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth through effective inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer engagement.
* Maintain a safe and efficient store environment, adhering to company standards and regulations.
* Analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and drive business results.
* BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS, INCLUDING CUSTOMERS, TEAM MEMBERS, AND BUSINESS PARTNERS.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Senior Retail Manager or equivalent, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
