We are looking for caring, reliable Disability Support Workers with experience to join our team that supports NDIS participants with psychosocial needs.
The individuals we are seeking will have experience as a disability support worker in the mental health sector with a strong background in supporting participants with ASD of all levels, ADHD and Schizophrenia.
Location – Willing to travel to shifts in Beenleigh, Cleveland, Yeronga and Logan Reserve
What You'll Do:
Support daily personal care, meal preparation and routines
Assist with community access and appointments
Encourage independence and work toward life goals
Build respectful, trust-based relationships
About You:
Experience supporting individuals with a range of psychosocial needs
Strong communicator, calm and compassionate
Full work rights in Australia
Own vehicle with comprehensive insurance
Cert. III in Individual Support (desirable)
