We're looking for an Operations Supervisor who holds themselves to the same standard as the products they're looking after.

The Role
You'll oversee the full operations of our Brisbane Stone Gallery - warehouse, logistics, showroom coordination, quality control and the team behind it all. This is a hands-on leadership role where the detail matters as much as the direction.
Day to day, you'll be:
* Overseeing warehouse operations including receiving, storage and distribution of premium stone and tile products
* Managing and developing the operations team, building capability and holding standards
* Coordinating deliveries and managing special requirements for fragile and high-value product
* Building and maintaining relationships with logistics providers and negotiating cost-effective solutions
* Conducting quality inspections on incoming and outgoing stock and managing any issues promptly
* Ensuring showroom presentation is always at the standard our clients expect
* Managing inventory accuracy and implementing effective stock control processes
* Driving continuous improvement across warehouse and logistics processes
* Ensuring full compliance with OHS regulations and maintaining a safe working environment
* Collaborating with sales and customer service teams to deliver a seamless client experience
Early start, early finish - Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm.
Who We're Looking For
We want a leader who sets the tone by how they show up - someone who takes ownership, develops their people, and doesn't let the standard slip.
You're the right fit if you:
* Have 6+ years of experience in warehouse operations, with 3+ years in a supervisory role
* Hold a current driver's licence and forklift licence
* Have strong working knowledge of logistics and transportation management
* Are confident with logistics software and the Microsoft Office Suite
* Communicate clearly and build strong working relationships across teams
* Are solutions oriented and thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
* Hold a gantry crane licence - or are interested in working towards one
