We're looking for a part-time Content & Creative Lead to join our team, with the option to move into full time as we grow.
This role offers flexibility with up to 30 hours per week (~$48 / hr) and remote working with occasional travel to client sites.
What you'll be doing
* Translating market and customer insights into strong creative ideas
* Producing monthly social content and quarterly campaign creative
* Designing brand-aligned creative across tiles, infographics, brochures, guides, landing pages and campaign assets
* Creating static and short‑form content (reels, stories, storyboards), or preparing clear briefs for our video editor if editing isn't your strength
* Growing organic social channels with content that actually performs
* Visiting client sites independently to capture photo and video content
You'll thrive in this role if you
* Have strong design skills and are an expert in Adobe and Canva (Figma a bonus)
* Can create brand guidelines and respect and work within existing ones
* Can juggle multiple brands while keeping quality high
* Can take GTM and brand strategy and turn it into cohesive social content and campaign output
* Know how to grow social channels using smart creative formats
* Work independently and feel confident bringing ideas forward
* Enjoy a fast‑moving environment with plenty of variety
Required Experience
* 4+ years in content, design or creative roles.
* Strong portfolio demonstrating social content, campaign creative and multi‑brand work.
* Experience growing organic social channels through creative execution.
* Proficient in Canva & Adobe – Figma is a bonus.
* AI creative experience valued but not essential.
