Support Worker Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team, providing essential care and support to individuals with disabilities.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in disability services and possess excellent communication skills.
You will work closely with individuals, assisting with personal care and daily living skills, planning and attending appointments and activities for social interaction and skill development, and completing daily case notes, admin tasks, and incident reports.
