About The Team
The Property Development and Divestment team works across the Transport property portfolio to identify, assess, prioritise and progress development and divestment opportunities that support transport outcomes, housing and place outcomes, commercial performance and broader public value. The Development Delivery function supports this work by leading the delivery of approved projects across delivery phases of the property development and divestment lifecycle. This includes managing design development, procurement, construction, implementation and close‐out to ensure approved project outcomes are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with scope, budget, program and quality requirements.
