Job Title: Production Operations Specialist
Job Description:
The role of the Production Operations Specialist is to execute a wide range of production activities/processes in accordance with established specifications and guidelines. This includes operating equipment, performing maintenance tasks, and logging data and information on production orders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Execute a broad range of production activities/processes in accordance with established specifications and guidelines
* Operate equipment and machinery in a safe and efficient manner
* Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is functioning properly
* Log data and information on production orders and activities in appropriate logbooks/systems
* Signal deviations in current processes, techniques, and/or systems and flag opportunities for improvement with supervisor
Required Skills and Qualifications:
This role requires individuals with strong operational skills and experience working in a production environment. Key qualifications include:
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to lift up to 25 kg and work at heights
* High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
