Assistant Store Manager Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Store Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in driving store performance, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and leading the team to success.


Key Responsibilities:

* Store Operations: Supporting the Store Manager in daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure efficiency and compliance.
* Policies and Procedures: Upholding and assisting in implementing company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.
* Customer Service: Delivering the Neverland customer experience, training, coaching, and motivating the store team.
* Sales and Targets: Driving sales and achieving store targets through exceptional customer service, effective delegation, and efficient task management.
* Visual Merchandising: Executing visual merchandising, brand directives, and promotional activities to a high standard.
* Communication: Maintaining clear communication with the Store Manager and Area Manager.
* Store Oversight: Oversight of store operations in the absence of the Store Manager, taking accountability for store presentation, service, and performance.


About You:

* Passion for Streetwear: Passionate about streetwear, fashion, and delivering exceptional customer service.
* Strong Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a desire to grow into a future leadership role.
* Retail Experience: Previous retail experience, ideally with exposure to leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
* Results-Driven: Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and enhancing the customer experience.
* Visual Merchandising Experience: Visual merchandising experience is advantageous, with an eye for presentation and detail.
