Early Childhood Education Leader Position
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to lead our team in delivering high-quality education and care to young children.
* Collaborative Leadership: Work alongside experienced assistant educators who are committed to supporting the classroom environment.
* Classroom Support: Enjoy a well-resourced and beautifully set-up classroom with access to ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
* Support Services: The classroom is allocated 8 hours of approved Inclusion Support Services per day, ensuring a smooth and supportive atmosphere for both children and staff.
* Program Development: Receive 5 hours of dedicated programming time each week to plan and implement engaging and educational programs for young children.
The role involves leading a team of educators in delivering contemporary early childhood practices, building meaningful relationships with families, and implementing the Guardian Curriculum. You will be responsible for mentoring and coaching colleagues to achieve outstanding results in areas such as child development and family engagement.
Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood)
* Previous experience as an Early Childhood Teacher
* Knowledge of the National Quality Framework
* Valid Working with Children's Check (QLD Blue Card)
