This is a unique opportunity to take on a challenging role as an Engineering Project Coordinator in a highly regulated environment. The successful candidate will have experience working in a team and managing engineering projects from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in a STEM subject and be qualified as a Chartered Engineer or hold an equivalent qualification. They will also have experience of leading teams and managing project budgets.

As a Design Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the design documentation meets the required standards and is produced on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for managing the technical design packages and ensuring that they are in line with the project objectives.
\
You will work closely with the Engineering Services Design and Technical Authority to ensure that good practice is employed throughout the project. You will also be responsible for liaising with the nuclear safety team to ensure that all design activities are compliant with relevant regulations.

This is a full-time role, 35 hours per week, and can be worked remotely with occasional travel to Devonport Dockyard. We offer agile working arrangements and flexible working patterns, including part-time and condensed hours.
