This is a hands on role where you will be responsible for driving enquiry conversion, managing daily floor activity, coaching and motivating the sales team, assisting with deal structure and maintaining a strong focus on gross, volume and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with senior management to ensure the department continues to perform at a high level while delivering a professional and enjoyable buying experience for customers. To be considered for this role, you must have current or recent automotive dealership sales management experience, ideally within a franchised new car environment.
