About The Role

In this dynamic and exciting role as an Assistant Chocolate Café Manager at Max Brenner, your day will be filled with a variety of responsibilities.

1. Assist the Chocolate Café Manager in executing daily operations to ensure store cleanliness and presentation are consistently high standards.
2. Collaborate with the team to plan and execute engaging store activities, including rosters and marketing promotions that drive sales and customer engagement.
3. Lead by example, motivating Team Members to deliver exceptional guest experiences that exceed expectations.
4. Support people-related tasks such as training, development, coaching, and feedback to foster a positive and productive work environment.
5. Work closely with the Chocolate Café Manager to achieve sales targets, manage labor, stock levels, and expenses effectively.
6. Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration where input is valued and every voice is heard.
7. Maintain Max Brenner's reputation for excellence by upholding our golden standards at all times.
8. Prepare and serve dessert menu items like Tutti Frutti Waffles, Chocolate Fondue, and decadent Pizzas to the highest standards.
9. Manage and prepare drinks including coffees, hot chocolates, and milkshakes to impress our discerning customers.
10. Pursue in-house training opportunities to stay up-to-date on the latest skills and knowledge.


About You

To succeed as an Assistant Chocolate Café Manager, you will have:

* A minimum of 1-2 years of management experience.
* Background in hospitality or retail, with a proven track record of delivering excellent results.
* Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and inspire the team.
* An energetic and positive attitude, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
