Key Responsibilities
* Manage debt recovery matters from early resolution through to legal proceedings and enforcement
* Draft and issue recovery correspondence and court documents
* Support dispute resolution and settlement negotiations
* Work closely with finance and credit teams and manage external service providers
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulatory requirements and internal policies
About You
* Admitted solicitor in Australia
* 3–5 PQE in debt recovery, litigation or commercial disputes
* Experience drafting court documents and managing recovery proceedings
* Commercially minded with a practical, solutions‑focused approach
* Strong communicator with effective negotiation and stakeholder management skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
