Responsibilities:
* Expertly manages and leads kitchen operations with confidence and precision
* Design innovative, trend-driven dishes and special event menus
* Cater to diverse dietary requirements with expertise
* Uphold the highest hygiene and safety standards
* Foster a positive, collaborative, and productive workplace
* Keep costs under control without compromising quality
About You:
* Have at least 12 months of full Australian Working rights (sponsorship is not offered)
* Physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate (no relocation allowance is provided)
* Minimum 2 years demonstrated experience in leading a similar banquets and functions role (hotel background preferable)
* Thrive under pressure, staying calm and in control while keeping everything running smoothly.
* Exceptional time management and organisational skills, plus flexible availability on weekends and evenings
* Holding a Food Safety and/or HACCP certificate, you're ready to make every shift a success
