We are seeking a skilled secretary to join our team. As the secretary, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, providing administrative support and ensuring efficient office management. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Multi-tasking and managing various administrative tasks
- Estimating and preparing quotes using Auto-Quote software
- General administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and organising documents
**About You**:
- Experience using Auto-Quote software
- Previous experience in a panel shop or smash repair environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a full time role, Mon - Fri, 7.30 am - 4 pm
