We're offering a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate producer to join one of Sydney's most-loved Breakfast Shows — Jimmy & Nath, with Emma .
Our team thrives on creating standout content in a fast-paced, high-energy, and slightly chaotic (in the best way!)
environment.
If you love the buzz of live radio and can keep up with the pace, this could be the perfect role for you.
You'll be based at our vibrant World Square office, just a five-minute walk from Town Hall Station — right in the heart of Sydney.
A day in the life?
As a producer on Jimmy & Nath, with Emma, no two days are ever the same — and that's exactly how we like it.
Your mornings will start bright and early as you work closely with a passionate, high-energy team to shape the show in real time.
You'll be pitching fresh ideas, booking engaging guests, briefing talent, and staying sharp as you respond to breaking news and trending stories.
You'll play a key role in making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Once the mics are off, it's all about planning what's next — brainstorming future segments, crafting creative moments, and keeping the momentum going.
It's fast, fun, and never boring.
What You'll Need
Proven experience producing live radio or working in a fast-paced media environment
Strong editorial judgement and a nose for what makes engaging, on-brand content
Excellent communication and organisational skills — you're calm under pressure and thrive on deadlines
Confident in booking talent, briefing hosts, and contributing creatively to show planning
Experience in talent management — building strong relationships, supporting on-air talent, and anticipating their needs
A solid understanding of pop culture, current affairs, and what gets people talking
