About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Digital to own the end-to-end digital and e-commerce function across Havenhall’s current portfolio, with full accountability for performance, growth and investment decisions.
Working closely as the digital counterpart to the Group Marketing Manager, you will set digital direction and lead execution spanning performance media, CRO, ecommerce, CRM, social and influencer integration.
This role blends strategic leadership with active execution and will materially impact Havenhall’s commercial performance and brand growth.
A deep understanding of the baby/maternity ecosystem is valuable but not essential — mindset, capability and ownership are key.
Key Responsibilities
Digital & E-Commerce Ownership
● Own and lead the end-to-end digital and e-commerce strategy across Havenhall’s brands
● Own and lead the digital strategy for total online revenue across owned e-commerce, Amazon and emerging marketplaces, working closely with Sales to align investment, media and promotional levers to brand growth priorities and evolving channel maturity.
● Set digital priorities and investment sequencing across channels, brands and phases of growth
● Drive online revenue, acquisition, conversion and retention outcomes
● Lead CRO and ecommerce optimisation initiatives across owned websites and partner ecosystems
● Collaborate closely with the Group Marketing Manager and brand teams on integrated roadmaps
● Own ratings and reviews performance and product content syndication across digital retail environments to strengthen brand credibility and improve conversion.
● Own and optimise the Gorgias customer service platform, ensuring technology performance, efficiency and scalability through continuous review and improvement.
Paid Media & Performance Marketing
● Own paid performance strategy, budget allocation and pacing across Meta, Google, TikTok and additional platforms as required
● Set and monitor growth targets and performance KPIs
● Oversee audience testing, creative iteration, and landing experiences across brands
CRM, Email & Lifecycle Marketing
● Lead lifecycle and retention strategy through Klaviyo
● Build and optimise customer journeys, segmentation and automation
● Improve repeat purchase, engagement and lifetime value
Social, Influencers & Community
● Develop the social strategy aligned to commercial, brand and growth objectives, with day-to-day execution supported by the Digital Marketing Coordinator
● Oversee influencer and creator programs, including strategy, alignment, governance and commercial outcomes.
Leadership, Delivery & Function Building
● Act as the senior owner of the digital function across the group of four brands
● Lead short and long-term digital decision-making
● Mentor the Digital Marketing Coordinator and contribute to capability building
● Manage external digital partners and contractors, ensuring deadlines, accountability and results
● Collaborate as a peer across brand, product, e-commerce and sales
● Shape future team structure and resourcing as digital complexity and brand volume scale
Qualifications & Experience
● 6+ years experience in growth, ecommerce or digital leadership roles
● Proven success scaling digital revenue via paid media, lifecycle and CRO
● Comfortable managing internal team members and external specialist agencies
● Strong analytical capability — able to quantify impact and make data-led decisions
● Experience balancing multiple brands or product lines is strongly valued
● Understanding of retail categories, notably parent/baby, pharmacy or FMCG, is advantageous
