Position: Landscape Gardener / Maintenance
Vehicle: Car allowance or potentially company car available
Location: Greater Brisbane or Gold Coast region
Employment Type: Full-time permanent

Duties Include:
* Mowing, edging and weeding
* Planting, mulching, top dressing and fertilizing
* Removal of unwanted plants and replacement of failed plants
* Weed, pest and disease control / identification
* General maintenance of landscape structures
* Problem solving particularly in relation to irrigation and drainage
* Working closely with the director to address any issues and being able to efficiently prioritize tasks
* Collaborating with subcontract irrigators and abseilers to solve problems
Requirements:
* Ability to work unsupervised
* Strong work ethic and commitment to quality
* Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
* Valid Australian Drivers Licence
* Qld Construction White Card
* Strong leadership
