Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require a minimum of 35 years experience in hotel sales or account management, proven success in managing entertainment and MICE/PCO accounts, strong business development acumen and negotiation skills, excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities, high level of professionalism, creativity and strategic thinking, strong communication skills and attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, passion for hospitality events and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
