Overview
Reporting to the Business Manager, your responsibilities as an NDT Technician will involve working closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders. This position has arisen due to increasing demand and growth in our services.
This role is on a casual basis located in South Australia and will suit individuals seeking a dynamic, fast-paced environment and the prospect to collaborate with major clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform NDT across various industry sectors, applying both conventional and advanced methods
- Operate independently or within larger teams on short-term assignments, shutdowns, major projects, or maintenance campaigns
- Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide clear, concise, and relevant findings
- Maintain a commitment to quality assurance and safe working practices at all times
- Offer support to engineering and metallurgy teams, as needed, in non-NDT tasks
The Successful Applicant Will Ideally Have
- ISO9712 L2 - MT, PT, UT & RT (or combination)
- Demonstrated experience in tube testing
- Ability to analyse test data and compile clear, detailed reports
- Located in South Australia
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including a drug & alcohol screen
