Why Apply Join an International Organisation managing a Custodial / Justice Contract as Court Services Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Kununurra Courthouse, ensuring efficient, secure, and professional management of court-related processes. Outline Duties Manage, lead, and supervise court services staff, including clerks, security personnel, and other administrative roles Oversee the scheduling and coordination of court hearings, trials, and other judicial proceedings. Ensure the safety and security of courtrooms, detainees, staff, and the public. Serve as a liaison between judges, attorneys, law enforcement, and other court-related entities. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and laws Skills and Attributes Experience ideally gained within an Australian Immigration Centre (On-shore / Off-shore), Australian Correctional Centre or Foreign Prison environment. Be able to pass an NPC and additional Background Checks! Australian Drivers’ Licence. Excellent communicator, with fluent English language skills, providing clear and concise instructions and undertake internal and external stakeholder interface. Be able to engage fully with frontline staff (direct and external), undertake walk-rounds, provide strategic direction and head-office support and stakeholder engagement.
