About Our Client
We are partnering with a leading telecommunications and infrastructure provider to engage an experienced Change Manager for a large-scale transformation program currently in the design phase. This organisation plays a critical role in delivering secure network and connectivity solutions to enterprise, government, and defence sectors.
Job Description
- Lead and deliver end-to-end change management activities across the program lifecycle
- Conduct impact assessments to evaluate business, operational, and user impacts
- Develop and execute implementation and change plans aligned with project timelines
- Drive business readiness activities, including readiness tracking and reporting
- Design and develop training materials, user guides, and communications
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops, translating technical changes into clear, structured content
- Provide hands‐on support during cutover and hyper‐care phases
- Work closely with business owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption
- Manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes within tight deadlines
The Successful Applicant
A successful Change Manager should have:
- Proven experience delivering change within structured program or transformation environments
- Strong experience supporting technology implementations and system/process changes
- Ability to translate technical changes into clear, user‐friendly training and communications
- Highly organised, proactive, and delivery‐focused
- Exposure to ServiceNow (TMF module) and experience within OSS (Operational Support Systems) environments
- Background working on defence or telecomms programmes (highly desirable)
- Active NV1 Security Clearance – mandatory
