About the role
Based at the Homebush West Corporate Office, you'll work closely with the in‐house advertising team to ensure all content and production processes comply.
Responsibilities
* Confidently liaise with internal staff, business units and external stakeholders.
* Maintain and update files as required.
* Consistently meet strict deadlines.
* Manage changes and correspondence effectively.
* Oversee copywriters and designers to ensure work is delivered on time.
* Make informed judgments and identify potential issues.
* Assist with other ad‐hoc duties to support the efficient running of GP Advertising.
Qualifications
* Experience in an administrative role with strong organisational skills and time management abilities.
* Proven communication skills with a diverse range of business units.
* Capacity to multi‐task in a fast‐paced, deadline‐driven environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
* Ability to follow procedures and work independently.
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively as a team player.
* A proactive and supportive attitude towards assisting other team members.
