SEN Teaching Assistant Role
This role involves providing tailored support to pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, and Social, Emotional and Mental Health challenges.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils.
* Deliver structured learning activities that meet individual needs.
* Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment.
* Support pupils in developing emotional regulation, communication, and social skills.
* Assist the class teacher with behaviour strategies and personalised learning plans.
