Position Overview
Airswift is seeking a Procurement Coordinator to support end-to-end procurement activities at Kwinana. This role is ideal for candidates with 2–3 years' experience in procurement and contracts, looking to contribute to strategic sourcing, supplier engagement, and contract management within a dynamic and evolving energy environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate procurement activities including supplier onboarding, delivery tracking, and fulfilment monitoring.
* Assist in executing sourcing strategies aligned with bp's category management framework.
* Draft, review, and maintain contract documentation in line with bp standards and regulatory requirements.
* Engage with suppliers to obtain quotations, clarify specifications, and negotiate pricing and terms.
* Maintain accurate procurement records to support audit readiness and reporting.
* Ensure compliance with bp's Delegation of Authority (DOA), procurement policies, and regulatory obligations.
* Participate in procurement audits and self-verification activities.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practice implementation.

Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
* 2–3 years' experience in procurement or contract roles within large or multinational organisations.
* Sound working knowledge of procurement processes and practices.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
* Familiarity with governance and compliance standards (e.g., ABC/AML, trade sanctions).
Desirable:
* Tertiary qualification in procurement, supply chain, business, or finance.
* Certification in procurement (e.g., CIPS, CPM).
* Experience in energy, industrial, or technology sectors.
* Familiarity with SAP, Ariba, or other procurement systems.
* Exposure to Lean Six Sigma or ISO standards.
* Participation in procurement forums or industry events.
