Job Description:
Catholic Education Diocese of Rockhampton seeks an enthusiastic and dedicated professional to join our team as a Customer Service Officer. The successful candidate will engage with customers and tourists from both the Administration Centre and Visitor Information Centre, providing exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver a positive customer experience with a can-do attitude and attention to detail
* Develop and implement projects to enhance visitor/tourism experiences in Singleton
* Contribute to relationship building with local tourism operators and community members
* Utilise computer application programs, such as Microsoft Office Suite and corporate system databases, to effectively manage tasks and responsibilities
* Maintain excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic
Requirements:
* Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with an ability to work well under pressure
* Previous experience in Local Government or a relevant qualification in customer service or a related field is highly desirable
Work Environment:
