We are seeking an experienced Workshop Coordinator to join our civil earthworks team based in Collie, WA.
This role is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of workshop operations, ensuring all plant and fleet assets are maintained, serviced, and ready for deployment to active projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and schedule fleet and plant for servicing, repairs, and preventative maintenance
* Plan job priorities and allocate work to technicians to meet operational deadlines
* Ensure machines are maintained and ready to return to site with minimal downtime
* Liaise with project/site teams to coordinate equipment availability and changeovers
* Supervise and support workshop technicians and tradespeople
* Use MEX to manage work orders, service schedules, breakdowns and maintenance history
* Maintain accurate records of servicing, repairs, parts usage, and labour hours
* Ensure workshop activities meet relevant safety, environmental and quality standards
Required Skills & Experience
* Trade qualified Heavy Diesel Fitter/Mechanic (or equivalent)
* Minimum 2+ years' experience in a similar Workshop Coordinator / Leading Hand / Supervisor role
* Strong working knowledge and experience using MEX maintenance management system
* HR licence, forklift ticket, or relevant plant tickets

* Salary Package of $120 - $140,000 + Super.
