Key responsibilities
Lead project delivery using Downer's PMO frameworkDrive quality, safety and Zero Harm across all project activitiesOversee planning, budgeting, forecasting and cost controlBuild strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal teamsManage project risk, schedule, resources and subcontract strategiesMentor and support project engineers and delivery teamsDrive continuous improvement and innovation across project operations
What you'll bring
Previous experience delivering civil or maintenance projectsStrong financial acumen and ability to manage end‑to‑end project budgetsProven capability in project governance, PMO processes and contract managementAbility to influence stakeholders and build strong client relationshipsStrong leadership, communication and decision‑making skillsProficiency in Microsoft Suite and strong understanding of quality & safety systems
