We're looking for an experienced Gaming Attendant to join our team and take ownership of our dedicated gaming room.
You'll work both days and nights, often independently, ensuring every guest enjoys a safe, friendly and professional experience.
About the Role:
Oversee daily gaming operations with confidence and professionalism
Deliver exceptional customer service and build rapport with regulars
Handle payouts, floats and cash accurately and efficiently
Maintain a safe, compliant and responsible gaming environment
Ensure the gaming room is well-presented and welcoming at all times
About You:
Confident and experienced in gaming operations
Able to work independently and handle responsibility
Flexible availability across days, nights and weekends
Hold current RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications
Reliable, professional and guest-focused
