What you'll be doing
The role of the Trainee Technical Officer ? Mechanical is to develop competence in repair and manufacturing skills towards supporting medical devices of a mechanical nature.
The position is a training position intended to develop an early career individual into a qualified fitter and turner, with a focus on manufacturing high quality craftsmanship for clinical usage.
The role will receive onsite training in conjunction with undertaking a trade certificate 3 in fitting and turning (MEM30219) through TAFE NSW. The organisation will fund the training and provide appropriate time away from the workplace to undertake formal training.
About You
We?re looking for someone who:
* Has completion of the High School Certificate
* Demonstrates interest in mechanical craft work and a desire to learn a trade
* Has good professional appearance and manners
