Who are we looking for?
We have a client seeking legal counsel support on a 4 week project working 5 days a week where you will be working on an audit review. You will be working within a team along side a team of external advisors.
To join us, you will:
* Have at least 4-10 years PQE ideally gained from top or mid-tier law firms or in-house (with strong legal training).
* Be experienced in general commercial and corporate law.
* Be experienced with regulaltory and compliance law, or experience in tax law.
* Be experienced in drafting, negotiating contracts, lease agreements.
* A pragmatic, commercial mindset and the ability to thrive in a challenging environment.
* Be client centric - commercially minded, adaptable and able to hit the ground running.
* Enjoy partnering with businesses and managing stakeholder relationships.
