The role of Customer Service Support Specialist is to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage incoming calls and emails professionally with quick turnaround, ensuring timely resolutions to client inquiries.
2. Investigate unresolved client enquiries and ensure fast, effective solutions are implemented.
3. Support daily operations by communicating delivery performance updates to stakeholders.
4. Liaise with drivers, sales teams, customer interface teams, and operational departments as required.
5. Maintain accurate information in internal systems and databases.
6. Handle freight requiring extra attention and assist in arranging courier recoveries when necessary.
7. Provide administrative support to the operations team as needed.
