We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to drive business growth and improvement.
This role involves working closely with senior leaders and program managers to achieve organisational performance and deliver meaningful outcomes for the community.
The successful candidate will possess strong financial expertise, analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions.
* Analyse financial and service performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Provide clear and actionable advice to non-technical stakeholders on financial matters.
* Build relationships with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to drive collaboration and results.
Requirements
* At least 5 years' experience in finance, with solid capability in budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling.
* Advanced analytical and reporting skills, with ability to interpret complex data.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Sector understanding and adaptability, with experience in health, government or community sector.
