We are seeking an organised and proactive Administrator to manage our core operational functions. You will be responsible for the daily administrative operations of the company, ensuring seamless coordination between our office and our on-site plumbing team.

Key responsibilities include:
* Financial Admin: Managing payroll, invoicing, and accounts receivable/payable.
* Operations: Overseeing inventory levels and coordinating stock requirements.
* Liaison: Acting as the primary point of contact for the on-site team and clients.
* Customer Service: Managing inquiries and providing professional support to our client base.
* Process Management: Adhering to and maintaining established business procedures and documentation.

Requirements:
* Technical Proficiency: Competency in the Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint).
* Software Experience: Familiarity with accounting software (Xero) and trade-based platforms (SimPro) is highly regarded.
* Administrative Excellence: Strong organisational skills with impeccable attention to detail.
* Communication: High-level customer service skills and the ability to work under pressure as part of a team.
* Industry Knowledge: A basic understanding of the plumbing or construction industry is preferred.
