We're seeking a Developer with excellent communication skills, a hunger to learn, sharp eye for detail, and a passion for solving real-world problems. This role sits within the technical team (80% Projects / 20% BAU), where you'll play a key part in developing, maintaining, enhancing, and evolving enterprise systems, while also contributing to exciting AI-driven initiatives.
Duties
* Developing, supporting and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
* Developing and automating workflows with Power Apps and Power Automate
* Working from fully defined user stories to deliver reliable, maintainable code
* Building and refining front-end components using JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and CSP.NET
* Assisting in AI integration projects, including work with Python
* Collaborating with senior developers and business analysts to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements
* Helping bring internal tools and products to market through iterative development and support
Skills Required
* Solid understanding of Dynamics 365 and its ecosystem, including customisation and integration capabilities
* Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript for client-side development and UI enhancements
* Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and ASP.NET for building and styling responsive interfaces
* Hands-on experience with Power Platform tools, especially Power Apps and Power Automate
* Practical experience developing Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, custom workflows, and plugins within the Power Platform and Dataverse
* Exposure to Python and a strong interest in AI-driven automation
* Bonus skills: Familiarity with C#, .NET Framework, Azure Services, and emerging tools like Microsoft Copilot or Azure OpenAI
