As we look to the next chapter of the business, we're looking for the right person to grow with us — whether that's an experienced fitter ready to hit the ground running, or a capable automotive professional ready to step into a leadership role.
The Role
This is a flexible opportunity that could suit either an experienced Auto Glass Fitter or someone with automotive management experience who's comfortable being hands-on in the workshop when needed.
The scope of the role will be shaped around the right candidate — if you're a skilled fitter, we want your expertise. If you're a leader with automotive experience who can help run the day-to-day and still roll up your sleeves, we'd love to talk.
Day-to-day responsibilities may include:
* Fitting and replacing windscreens, side glass, and rear glass across a range of vehicles
* Ensuring quality workmanship and safety compliance on every job
* Liaising with customers in a professional and friendly manner
* Workshop coordination and scheduling (for the right candidate)
* Supporting continuous improvement in processes and customer service
About You
* Experience in auto glass fitting and/or automotive workshop management
* Knowledge of ADAS systems and calibration requirements (or willingness to upskill)
* Current driver's licence (essential)
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
* A team player who can also work independently
* Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
