As a Store Manager, you will bring our curves-first promise to life through every customer interaction, outfit styled and team moment created.
We have an exciting opportunity for a passionateStore Managerwho thrives on energy, loves the chase of a sale, and genuinely believes in building confident, high performing teams. You lead with purpose, take pride in developing others, and are driven to create an exceptional, confidence building customer experience.
Supporting your Regional Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the success of the store. It's fast paced, rewarding and dynamic - no two days are the same - but every day is about creating a space where customers feel seen, supported and fabulous.
As Store Manager, you will:
* Drive sales growth by delivering inspiring, confidence building customer experiences
* Build lasting customer loyalty through authentic connection and styling expertise
* Lead, motivate and empower your team to exceed sales, ACS and conversion KPIs
* Coach, mentor and develop team members to grow capability and confidence
* Manage store performance including sales, wage budget and margin
* Bring the City Chic look to life through strong visual merchandising standards
* Oversee inventory control and proactive loss prevention
* Champion a safe, positive store environment by adhering to health and safety standards
Who You Are
You are energetic, confident and always lead a world of Curves, bringing warmth, authenticity and passion to everything you do. Deeply committed to fashion, fit and making women feel confident in their curves, you lead by example on the floor and beyond. You will also bring:
* 2+ years retail store management experience
* Excellent leadership skills and a genuine talent for developing people
* Commercially savvy and understanding of retail KPIs and how to achieve them
* A genuine passion for retail, styling and curve fashion
* Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with customers and team
* A positive, proactive attitude with loads of initiative
* Brilliant time management and the ability to prioritise under pressure
* A flair for merchandising and an obsessive eye for detail
* Flexibility to work weekdays, weeknights, and weekend
