The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (Cth) (CDPP) are seeking a capable and forward-thinking professional to support and enhance our digital litigation and case management platforms. This role sits at the intersection of legal practice and technology and is suited to someone who enjoys working across disciplines to deliver practical, user-centred digital solutions. Digital Litigation Configuration Specialist works closely with legal practitioners, digital teams and business stakeholders to ensure systems effectively support litigation workflows, compliance requirements and quality outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to work on meaningful, high-impact work that directly supports the delivery of justice and public value. You will contribute to improving how litigation is managed through modern, fit-for-purpose digital systems. The key duties of the position include Supporting the testing and implementation of changes, primarily in the CDPP's evidence management solution, including upgrades, system enhancements and new modules; Configuring and maintaining templates and workflows to support digital prosecution outcomes; Assisting with implementing change and managing ambiguity in the workplace; Ensuring full documentation and standard operating procedures exist to support the system and all enhancements. This includes the preparation and review of system administration manuals, user guides, procedures and documentation; Providing high level advice, reports and business improvement recommendations; Building collaborative relationships with, and providing strategic and technical advice to, senior management, prosecutors, CDPP employees and other key external stakeholders; Working collaboratively, sharing information and contributing to the development and delivery of work group and broader CDPP objectives and outcomes; Effectively managing competing priorities allowing the team to achieve agency goals and objectives; Engaging with risk, including the conduct of risk assessment and risk management activities for area of responsibility; Researching and analysing data and evaluating complex issues, using appropriate methodologies and practices, to draw accurate conclusions to best support strategic business decision making and resolutions; Providing leadership and engaging with the CDPP staff in day-to-day activities including developing, coaching and mentoring staff, providing timely and constructive feedback and building commitment to shared goals; and Contributing to the development of strategies, new systems, procedures, policies and practices addressing future CDPP and stakeholder needs.
