About the Role
As a DMH Group Store Manager, you'll take full ownership of your store's success. You'll lead from the front, inspire a high-performing team, and drive sales, growth, and exceptional customer experiences every day.
You'll be hands-on in leading daily operations, setting standards, making smart decisions, and creating a positive, high-energy workplace. This is a role for someone who thrives on accountability, celebrates wins with their team, and wants to be part of something bigger within the DMH Group.
What You'll Be Doing
* Deliver the customer experience – Deliver 5 star outstanding service, to build customer loyalty
* Lead from the front – Motivate, coach, and develop the store team
* Drive sales & growth – Working with the Area Manager develop strategies to increase revenue, customer engagement, and brand presence.
* Manage inventory & operations – Working alongside the workshop team, oversee stock levels, ordering, and product availability
* Optimise store performance – Track key metrics, analyze data, and make smart decisions to improve efficiency.
* Foster a positive culture – Keep the team engaged, motivated, and aligned with our company values.
What We're Looking For
* Retail Management role (automotive industry preferred but not essential)
* Proven leadership experience – You know how to build, motivate, and retain a strong team.
* A sales-driven mindset – driven to push business growth.
* Exceptional customer service skills – You can handle anything from everyday inquiries to complex solutions.
* Strong business acumen – You know inventory, budgeting, and reporting
* Excellent communication & problem-solving skills – You know how to handle challenges and make things happen.
* A self starter, with an adaptable approach – You're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and make things better.
