This is a meaningful and hands‐on role at the heart of our Boarding Village. You will play a key part in supporting the wellbeing, safety and day‐to‐day experience of our boarding students, helping to create a structured, nurturing and inclusive residential environment where young people can truly thrive.

This role will work closely with our experienced Boarding Leadership Team, our dedicated Boarding Supervisors, and our caring Nursing team to ensure every student feels known, supported and valued within our community.

What You'll be doing

In this role, you will:

* Welcome students, families, staff and visitors, and manage calls, enquiries and appointments
* Maintain accurate student records, roll calls and pastoral notes using College systems
* Coordinate travel, airport transfers and general boarding administration
* Build positive, respectful relationships with students and foster a strong sense of belonging

* Uphold child protection, Duty of Care and safety procedures, including emergency drills
* Liaise with Boarding leadership, School Nurses, coaches and the International team to support student well‐being
* Assist with TAS sports coordination and related logistics
* Above all, you'll help create a safe, structured and supportive residential environment where students feel known, valued and cared for.

This is a dynamic, people‐focused role suited to someone who thrives on variety and takes pride in making a meaningful difference every day.

What We're looking for

You are a caring, resilient and capable professional who genuinely enjoys working with young people. You understand the importance of creating a safe, structured and supportive environment, and you bring calm confidence to everything you do.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

* A strong commitment to student well‐being and pastoral care
* The ability to build positive, respectful relationships within a diverse community
* Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
* Confidence using digital systems and maintaining accurate records
* Sound judgement and discretion when handling sensitive information
* The ability to supervise students and uphold behaviour expectations in a firm, fair and caring manner
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
* Resilience and flexibility, maintaining a calm and approachable presence in busy or high‐pressure situations
* Alignment with the College's mission, values and ethos

Qualifications & requirements

* Current First Aid qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
* Current Blue Card (Working with Children Clearance), or eligibility to obtain
* Current Open Class C Driver Licence (LR/MR licence willingness advantageous)

Previous experience in a boarding, residential or child‐related environment is desirable, but not essential. We welcome applicants who will bring a bright and positive attitude, professionalism and willingness to learn.
