About The Role
Based at a
Canelands location in Mackay
, this Store Manager role offers the opportunity to lead a customer-focused fashion store while driving sales and operational excellence. You will be responsible for developing a strong team culture, managing day-to-day operations, and supporting the ongoing growth and success of the wider retail network.
Skills & Experience
* 1+ years' experience in a Store Manager or Assistant Manager role
* Background in fashion retail, fast-paced retail, FMCG, or hospitality
* Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage KPIs
* Experience with rostering, wage management, stock, and VM
* Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills
* Customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering great service
* Energetic, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach
