This program focuses on working to offer optimal support to address barriers encountered by our clients such as travel, literacy and access to local employer networks that lead to great employment participation rates, increased education levels, better access to services, increased community engagement and socioeconomic gain for individuals, their families and the wider community.This position will also entail liaising with the Department of Trade, Employment, and Training (DTET) representatives and other government departments and agencies as well as community organisations and other service providers to ensure that the delivery of the program is successful.The role will also include but not limited to business development with employers.
