Collaborate within a dedicated team in a unique environment as a Chef or Cook at Latchford and Bandiana Barracks in the Albury Wodonga Military Area.
This role is suitable for candidates that enjoy bulk cooking with a passion for quality, flavour, and presentation.

The Position
Casual, part time and full time positions available
Includes weekend shifts and additional function hours – work when it suits you
Prepare high-quality buffet-style meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, desserts, and special events
Maintain catering standards, comply with OH&S; and HACCP requirements, and prioritise waste reduction
Support kitchen operations through inventory management, receiving supplies, and monitoring cold room controls
Deliver exceptional customer service in all interactions
The Person
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (Chef)
Previous restaurant and or function experience required
Proven experience in large commercial kitchens.
Strong knowledge of HACCP, allergen management, and food safety.
Passionate about quality, with a focus on presentation and attention to detail.
Goal-oriented, committed to personal and organisational success.
